Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and POS activities.
- Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.
- Ensure smooth eye-testing operations and compliance with quality standards.
- Control attrition and support hiring and onboarding of store staff.
- Manage team rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- 4+ years of overall retail experience with relevant Store Manager/retail leadership experience.
- Strong experience in sales, team handling, and store operations.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
