Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Team Members to join our Caf & Retail team. The role involves assisting customers, handling counter operations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Take customer orders and provide information about products.
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure availability at the counter.
- Pack and hand over customer orders as per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety,



hygiene, and service standards.
- Support inventory checks and other operational activities as required.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
- Experience: 0-3 years in F&B;, Caf, Bakery, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude may also be considered.
