Role & responsibilities

1. Assess and monitor patients health conditions regularly and report changes to doctors.

2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians safely and accurately.

3. Maintain patient records, charts, and nursing documentation properly.

4. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries when required.

5. Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.

6. Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and safety measures in the ward.

7. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

8. Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care.

9. Help patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility support.

10. Coordinate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates must have DNC

- Valid nursing registration certificate.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
