- 6+ years of Java development experience for the backend role.

- Solid proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.

- Strong React JS and JavaScript/TypeScript experience for the frontend role, including modular, scalable application development.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation;

experience integrating REST, JSON, OAuth and GraphQL services.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Git and testing frameworks/methodologies.

- Experience delivering responsive, pixel-accurate UI aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.

- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, proactive communication and English communication skills.

- Relevant exposure to GenAI, data analysis, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
