We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Software Engineer Fresher to join our development team. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to design, build and maintain high-quality software applications. This position is ideal for recent graduates with robust problem-solving skills, foundational knowledge of computer science, and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Feature Implementation: Assist in building and updating application features, modules, and APIs according to technical specifications.
- Bug Fixing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot,
and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical design documentation, code annotations, and user guides.
- Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and internal frameworks as required by business needs.
