Rapid Green Builders is looking for an experienced Site Engineer Civil to oversee construction activities at our project sites in Erode and Coimbatore.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, measurements, manpower coordination, material planning and monitoring project progress according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and workers.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and materials.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor/Billing Engineer for measurements and billing.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution.




- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects and project management teams when required.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 38 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Positive knowledge of building construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Residential/commercial construction experience preferred.

Salary 25,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
