Property Butler is a Mumbai real estate brokerage and market intelligence platform. We are hiring one person to own our social media end to end. You shoot the videos on location at Mumbai properties, present them on camera, edit the footage yourself, and run the accounts. This is a one person content desk, not a desk job. Expect roughly half your week on site and half on the laptop.Role & responsibilities

What you will do

- Shoot property walkthroughs, area guides and market updates across Mumbai, on a phone or mirrorless camera with a gimbal and mic
- Be the face on camera: pieces to camera, walkthrough voiceovers and short explainers on prices, localities and recent launches
- Edit your own footage in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut, including subtitles, music and brand titles, turning one shoot into Reels, Shorts and a longer YouTube cut
- Plan and run a weekly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, and post consistently
- Write hooks, scripts and captions in simple English and Hinglish for a Mumbai buyer audience




- Turn our market data into short, watchable explainers
- Reply to comments and DMs, pass serious enquiries to the sales team
- Track reach, saves, watch time and enquiries every week, and report what is working
- Coordinate shoots with our brokers and developer partners, and keep the footage library organised

Who we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years running social media for a brand, an agency or as a creator, with video work you can show us
- A showreel of videos you shot, appeared in and edited yourself, which is the main thing we will judge
- Natural and confident on camera in English and Hindi
- Hands on with editing software, including subtitles, basic colour and sound
- Proper understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats: hooks, retention, trends and posting rhythm
- Willing to travel across Mumbai for shoots on most days
- Real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle content experience is a plus, not a must
