Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.

- Coordinate with the Site In-charge, Site Engineer, subcontractors and client representatives.

- Check line, level, alignment and dimensions of civil works before and during execution.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement records and site documentation.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for smooth execution.

- Ensure proper quality of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, flooring, foundations and other civil works.

- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and coordinate with the execution team accordingly.





- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution with the concerned team.

- Verify quantities and assist in preparation of measurements, RA bills and material reconciliation.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved method statements and quality standards.

- Coordinate with the Safety Team to ensure secure working practices at site.

- Monitor work progress and support timely completion of assigned activities.
