Social Media Strategist

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.
- Create, manage, and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan and conduct on-site photo and video shoots to create engaging, high-quality content for social media campaigns.
- Capture professional photos and videos at client locations, events, offices, and other designated sites.
- Create short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit photos and videos to optimize performance across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Engage with online communities and maintain a strong brand presence across all channels.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing,



and audience engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience conducting on-site photo shoots and video production for brands, products, services, and events.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, lighting, framing, and content composition.
- Strong video creation and editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Ability to conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish high-performing social media content independently.
- Experience creating mobile-first content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertisements.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for in office content creation, photo shoots, and video production assignments as required.
