- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
- Explain repair/service estimates and obtain customer approval
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and service-related concerns
- Maintain proper service records and documentation

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / BE
- Freshers are also eligible
