We are hiring a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Semiconductor Test Engineering and related technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across locations. The role focuses on sourcing niche semiconductor engineering talent, managing the hiring lifecycle, and improving recruitment metrics to support timely, high-quality hires in the semiconductor and engineering services industry.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor test, post-silicon, and product engineering roles
- Translate technical hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies and role briefs
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and outreach campaigns
- Screen candidates for technical fit, career goals, location, and joining availability
- Coordinate technical interviews and facilitate feedback between candidates and panels
- Drive candidates through offer, negotiation, and onboarding to ensure smooth joining
- Maintain accurate ATS data and provide timely recruitment status updates to stakeholders
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring niche semiconductor hiring needs
- Support bulk hiring, virtual drives, campus recruitment, and recruitment campaigns
- Track and report recruitment metrics like submissions, interviews, offers, and source mix
Who you are
- Skilled recruiter with focused semiconductor or engineering services hiring experience
- Comfortable assessing semiconductor testing terminology and related technical skills
- Proven at sourcing niche engineering talent across multiple channels and methods
- Strong stakeholder management and explicit communicator with cross-functional teams
- Organized, metrics-driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent requirements
- Effective negotiator who maintains a positive candidate experience throughout process
