Job Overview & Key Responsibilities

- Role: Semi-Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)
- Core Function: Handle customer support through a blend of chat and verbal communication
- Merchant Coordination: Coordinate with merchants to resolve queries, follow up on pending issues, and ensure smooth service delivery
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional language is a major plus)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are welcome
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced professionals can apply
