- 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in:
o Apex Programming o Salesforce Flows o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o SOQL/SOSL o Triggers and Trigger Frameworks o Salesforce Security Model o Asynchronous Processing o Integration Development
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing mechanisms, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security best practices.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required/preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts.
