- Manage procurement and purchasing activities as per company requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

- Track material availability, dispatches, and deliveries.

- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.

- Coordinate with accounts, sales, service, and project teams for material requirements.

- Ensure timely procurement of electrical, mechanical, and other required materials.

- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers.

- Identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities.

- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
