What you will do:

- Call and engage with MSME owners/CFOs every day.

- Understand their funding requirement and pitch the right unsecured business loan solution.

- Follow up aggressively and move opportunities from lead application sanction disbursal.

- Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain complete and accurate activity on CRM.

- Work closely with internal credit, operations and lender teams to get deals closed quickly.

Must Have :

- Minimum 1 years of unsecured business loan (UBL) sales experience

- Experience at NBFC / Fintech / high-performance lending sales organisation

- Robust understanding of MSME customers and unsecured lending

- Demonstrated history of achieving meaningful monthly disbursals

- Comfortable with high call volumes, follow-ups and monthly targets
