- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, and closures.
- Handle negotiations and build strong client relationships.




- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Conduct and support client meetings and property/site visits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.

4. CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
