Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer leads through calls, WhatsApp & other channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business services
- Explain services such as GST, Taxation, Trademark, Company Registration & Compliance
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain customer/lead information in CRM
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
