Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, salon onboarding, product demonstrations, relationship management and local marketing activities to drive the adoption of Me N Me Ayurveda products among salons and beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential salons, spas, beauty parlours, skin clinics and wellness centres.
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into regular customers/dealers.
- Conduct salon visits and introduce Me N Me Ayurveda products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage and Ayurvedic positioning to salon owners and professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Develop opportunities for bulk orders, qualified-use products and repeat purchases.

Salon & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers and beauticians.
- Regularly follow up with existing salon clients to drive repeat orders.
- Understand salon requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Collect feedback regarding product performance, pricing,



packaging and market demand.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.

Product Demonstration & Training
- Conduct product demonstrations at salons whenever required.
- Train salon staff on correct product usage and application.
- Explain the Ayurvedic ingredients and USP of Me N Me products.
- Help salons understand how products can be incorporated into their existing beauty treatments.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute offline marketing activities within the assigned territory.
- Build visibility for Me N Me Ayurveda among salon professionals and local beauty communities.
- Coordinate salon promotions, sampling activities, product trials and introductory offers.
- Identify local collaboration opportunities with salons, beauticians, makeup artists, skin/hair professionals and influencers.
- Share market insights and competitor activities with the marketing team.
