Role & Responsibilities

- Execute and coordinate Govt. orders from order receipt to final completion.

- Coordinate with clients/buyers, suppliers, technicians and site teams.

- Arrange material, manpower, delivery, installation and commissioning as per order requirements.

- Maintain work orders, delivery challans, invoices, completion reports and other documents.

- Regularly update order status and ensure timely completion of Govt. orders.

- Handle site visits and resolve day-to-day execution issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 years of experience in Govt. order execution, procurement, project coordination or similar work.

- Basic knowledge of Govt. orders, purchase orders, invoices and delivery documentation.





- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

- Willingness to travel to customer/site locations when required.

- Candidates with experience in government/PSU orders will be preferred.
