About the Role
ManpowerGroup is conducting a Walk-in Drive for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a passion for sales, customer service, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow store SOPs and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in Retail Sales, Customer Service, FMCG, Electronics, Mobile, Fashion,
or Consumer Durables.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
