Key Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination / Order Management

- Receive and monitor customer schedules through emails and customer portals.

- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Stores and Logistics for timely order execution and delivery.

- Track customer orders, production status, dispatches and delivery commitments.

- Communicate order status, delays and revised delivery schedules to customers.

- Manage customer portals for schedule downloads, dispatch updates and ASN creation/submission.

- Generate customer invoices in SAP and ensure accurate dispatch documentation.

- Coordinate with Accounts for payment advice, outstanding payment follow-up and recovery.

- Handle customer queries related to orders, dispatches, invoices and deliveries.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on schedules, dispatches, pending orders and payments.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company procedures.

- Build and maintain qualified customer relationships through timely communication and support.
