In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our patientsguiding them through their care journey, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and re-engaging old leads to grow our practice.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to new inquiries and respond promptly to inbound patient calls with empathy and professionalism.

Lead Conversion & Sales: Consult with potential patients, understand their requirements, explain treatment packages, and convert both current leads and old database contacts into booked appointments.

Patient Journey Management: Guide patients through consultation scheduling, follow-ups, and post-appointment care to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Database & Lead Management: Maintain accurate patient records, update status tags in the CRM/database, and run re-engagement campaigns for cold leads.

Appointment Operations: Manage appointment calendars efficiently to optimize daily clinic/doctor schedules.
