Position: Executive / Senior Executive - API Research & Development (R&D;)

Department: Research & Development (API)

Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry

Experience: 1-6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments for API process development and optimization.
- Perform route scouting, reaction screening, and process improvement activities.
- Execute scale-up studies and support technology transfer to manufacturing plants.
- Identify, isolate, and characterize impurities and degradation products.
- Prepare and review technical documents, batch records, protocols, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform literature and patent searches for process development activities.
- Collaborate with Analytical R&D;, Production, Quality Assurance,



and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory safety and adherence to company procedures.
