Train, mentor, and schedule junior servers and bus staff, conducting pre-shift briefings. Collect customer feedback, monitor inventory/billing, and report sales or operational issues to the manager.
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine for this post who worked as a Captain.
