Role & responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate food pickup (Pass Counter) and ensure prompt delivery to guests.
- Verify food quality, presentation, and order accuracy before serving.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and restaurant service standards.
- Train and guide junior service staff.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper grooming of the service team.
- Support restaurant operations during peak business hours.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills.




- Strong guest relationship and customer service skills.
- Positive knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
- Team coordination and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic communication in Tamil and English is mandatory.

Basic Hindi communication is preferred.
