Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT / Non-IT Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer closure. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.

- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/MIS.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets and TAT.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

- Coordinate with HR and business teams for onboarding and joining.

- Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.

IT Recruitment Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for roles such as Software Developer,



Java Developer, .NET Developer, QA, DevOps, Data Analyst, IT Support, etc.

- Understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and IT recruitment terminology.

- Ability to source candidates using Boolean searches and advanced job-portal techniques.

Non-IT Recruitment – Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, HR, Finance, Retail, and other business roles.

- Good understanding of volume hiring and frontline recruitment.

- Experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment.

- Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of recruitment MIS and basic MS Excel.
