Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition consulting firm.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and onboarding current hires.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
