- Oversee day-to-day QC operations and laboratory workflow • Lead, mentor & develop the QC team • Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process materials & finished products • Review analytical reports, COAs & QC documentation • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs & regulatory requirements • Coordinate with QA, Production & R&D; teams • Handle and support internal & external audits • Ensure calibration, validation & maintenance of analytical instruments • Drive continuous quality improvements and strengthen QC systems • Maintain accurate documentation with zero compliance gaps
Preferred candidate profile
10-15 years of strong QC experience Strict preference for candidates from the Herbal Industry Strong knowledge of Herbal / Phyto-Extract quality standards Expertise in GMP, documentation & audits Robust leadership and team-management skills Ability to take ownership and drive quality excellence
