We are looking for an experienced Capital Projects Management Associate Manager with robust expertise in Project Controls, Primavera P6, Project Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, and Stakeholder Communication.

The candidate should have hands-on experience managing project controls activities for Power, Utilities, EPC, Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, or Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Project Controls activities for capital projects.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, update project schedules, track milestones, and monitor critical paths.
- Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking, delay analysis, and schedule variance analysis.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cost control activities.
- Track planned vs. actual project performance across cost, schedule, and progress.
- Identify project risks, delays, cost overruns, and schedule deviations and support corrective actions.
- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contracts, Finance, and other project teams.




- Drive effective stakeholder communication and coordination across project teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Participate in project review meetings and communicate project status, risks, issues, and recovery plans.
- Support project teams in maintaining project controls standards, processes, and reporting requirements.

- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and project performance monitoring.
- Experience working on large-scale CAPEX / EPC / Power / Utility projects.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify schedule/cost deviations and drive corrective actions.
