Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, and implement process improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or related field (production engineering). FOr BE Candidates

- 2-10 Years of experience for Diploma candidates

- Diploma or BE degree in Any Specialization;

- Solid understanding of manpower handling, production engineering, production management, production planning, production supervising skills.
