Job Title: Manager P&L; (Profit & Loss)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented P&L; Manager to oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across business units/projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), P&L; management, financial modelling, and business performance reporting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

- P&L; Ownership: Own end-to-end P&L; management, monitor revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, and profitability. Identify key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis with corrective action plans.
- Financial Modelling: Develop models for forecasting, cash flow analysis, and track core metrics (IRR, NPV, EBITDA,ROI).
- MIS & Analytics: Prepare CXO-level dashboards, performance reports, and process automation via Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to drive business performance, ensuring strict financial governance, compliance and risk monitoring.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA (Finance)



/ CA / CIMA / CFA (Preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI (preferred), Financial Modelling, and Corporate Finance metrics.
- Core Competencies: Strong business acumen, sharp problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, P&L; Management, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Strategy.
- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or P&L; management (preferably in Finance / Real Estate Industry).
- High-potential freshers from top-tier business schools are highly encouraged to apply.
- An agile problem-solver with solid business acumen, capable of collaborating across teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and high-impact presentations for CXO-level decision-making.
