- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
- May be required to conduct process training for new joiners and act as a mentor for existing associates
- Requires in-depth knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of transaction processing function Responsible for creating and publishing plan level & operational reports Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
- Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
- Should participate in projects initiated at a team level
