What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners.

Coordinate campus placements, internships, and recruitment drives.

Guide students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.

Organize job fairs, employer visits, and placement events.

Collaborate with academic and training teams to enhance student employability.

Track placement performance and achieve placement targets.

Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

Experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations.

Knowledge of hiring processes and employer engagement.

Passion for mentoring students and creating career opportunities.
