Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, coordinate with companies, and support students in their career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining placement records, organizing interviews, and building relationships with recruiters.

Preferred candidate profile

- Coordinate with companies and recruiters for student placement opportunities.
- Manage and maintain student placement records and databases.
- Communicate with students regarding job openings, interviews, and recruitment updates.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate recruitment drives, and follow up with companies.
- Assist students with resume preparation, interview guidance, and career support.
- Maintain regular communication with alumni and placed students.
- Prepare placement reports and share updates with management.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and hiring companies.
