Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other advertising platforms.

- Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and sales.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.

- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.

- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an advantage.

- Experience with CRM and lead management platforms is an added advantage.

- Experience handling multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.
