Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: 2-4 Years

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic OPT Recruiter (US Staffing) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, engaging, and placing OPT/H1B candidates in the US IT market.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT/H1B candidates through job portals, university networks, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong database of active candidates.
- Stay updated on trending US IT technologies and hiring patterns.
- Facilitate training, onboarding, and placement activities for OPT students.
- Handle H1B transfers and project transitions effectively.
- Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates before onboarding.
- Execute effective cold calling and candidate engagement strategies.
- Post jobs and source candidates from LinkedIn,



job boards, and other channels.
- Work across visa categories: OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, TN and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Build university outreach programs and source passive candidates.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure a steady recruitment pipeline.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of proven experience in US staffing (OPT/H1B recruitment).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced night shift workplace.
