We are hiring for two separate roles within our US IT Staffing team:

1. OPT Recruiter

2. US IT Technical Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduation

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Freshers are not eligible. Relevant US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience is mandatory.

OPT Recruiter Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Work with candidates across OPT, CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, Green Card, USC, and other applicable work authorization categories.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, visa status, and rate expectations.
- Build a strong pipeline of marketable candidates across multiple technologies.
- Submit qualified profiles to the Bench Sales team and coordinate based on current market demand.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and accurate ATS/CRM records.
- Meet assigned sourcing and profile submission targets.

US IT Technical Recruiter Responsibilities

- Work on US IT requirements from Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and staffing partners.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication,



work authorization, availability, and rates.
- Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain required documentation including resumes, RTRs, and work authorization details.
- Negotiate rates when required and support candidates through the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and staffing processes.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, Green Card, USC, W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven US staffing setting.
