Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with deep expertise in BFSI hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates across mid to senior leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI clients across Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, FinTech, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Financial Services.
- Handle mandates across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Finance, Audit, Legal, HR, Sales, and Product functions.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective search strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, database mining, and market mapping.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle through offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active BFSI professionals.




- Conduct salary negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and timely client updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and senior professionals in the BFSI ecosystem.
- Consistently achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, with mandatory BFSI recruitment experience.
- Experience working with Executive Search firms or Recruitment Consultancies will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry structure, functions, and leadership roles.
- Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other qualified networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leadership and niche hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Strong networking, market intelligence, and relationship management skills.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
