Role & responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and manage daily business data from various departments.

- Prepare and share accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team.

- Use Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) to analyze and present data clearly.

- Ensure all databases are up-to-date, secure, and free of errors.

- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them quickly.

- Assist in automating routine reports to save time and improve efficiency.

- Support the operations and project teams with required data for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or BBA preferred).

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an MIS or data reporting role.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and MS Word. Basic knowledge of PowerBI or data visualization tools is a plus.

- Key Skills: High attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and comfortable handling large volumes of data.

- Soft Skills: Good communication skills to interact with different teams and present data effectively.
