Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain advanced MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Create automated reports, dashboards and data analysis reports.

Use advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and Conditional Formatting.

Analyze business data and provide meaningful insights to management.

Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Collect data from different departments and ensure data accuracy.

Identify data errors, trends and performance gaps.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for data analysis, reporting, automation and productivity.

Use AI to improve reporting processes and reduce manual work.

Prepare management dashboards and presentation-ready reports.

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and follow-ups.





Preferred Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in MIS - Reporting / Data Analysis.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, dashboards and data analysis.

Valuable understanding of data reporting and automation.

Good practical knowledge of AI tools, especially ChatGPT/Gemini, is preferred.

Ability to use AI tools for data analysis, report creation and process improvement.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
