Salary & Incentives

- CTC: 2.45 LPA - 3 LPA
- Monthly Performance Incentives:
- AR Caller: 6,000 - 17,000
- Training Incentive: 15,000 (upon successful completion of training & onboarding)
- Year of graduation: 2024 ,2025, 2026
- Timing: 6:30Pm To 3:30Am / 8.30 P.M To 5.30 A.M

Role & Responsibilities

- Call US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status
- Follow up on outstanding claims
- Handle payment information for processed claims
- Analyze and resolve claim rejections
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Perform Insurance Eligibility Verification (added advantage)
