Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.

- Conduct shutdowns and turnarounds efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize production.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using problem-solving techniques such as 7QC, 5S, SPC, FMEA, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of maintenance work.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Robust understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices (PM).

- Proficiency in performing routine checks on equipment to prevent failures.
