Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our field marketing and business development activities. The role involves visiting ongoing construction sites, residential houses, commercial projects, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.

This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in field marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to ongoing house constructions, construction sites, commercial projects, and other potential project locations.
- Identify new construction projects and generate potential business leads.
- Meet and build professional relationships with Contractors, Builders, Interior Designers, and Project Owners.
- Introduce and promote the company's Tiles, Marble, Sanitaryware, and related products.
- Understand project requirements and identify opportunities for product enquiries and sales.
- Collect project details, contact information, and potential requirements from prospects.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the showroom and CRE/Sales team for further conversion.
- Maintain regular contact with architects, engineers, contractors, and other business contacts.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly field visit and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily field visit and lead reports.




- Monitor construction activities and identify upcoming project opportunities in the assigned area.
- Support company marketing activities, promotions, events, and other business-development initiatives.

Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Ability to communicate confidently with Contractors, and customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, tiles, marble, sanitaryware, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
- valid driving licence preferred.
