- Client Acquisition: Visit and pitch processing services to garment exporters, buying houses, and fabric merchants.
- Order Coordination: Collect fabric samples, understand buyer technical specifications (GSM, colors, shrinkage), and coordinate with the production lab for shade approvals.
- Quotation & Costing: Provide quick, accurate price quotes to buyers based on fabric types and required processing treatments.
- Order Tracking & Payments: Monitor the status of orders from processing to delivery and follow up with clients for timely payment collections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of knitted/woven fabrics, dyeing processes, and standard industry metrics (GSM, lab dips).
- Communication:
Strong negotiation skills with fluency in the local regional language to easily deal with domestic clients and traders.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to local textile market hubs.
