Role & responsibilities

1. Shop Floor Supervision of Metal Forming, Fabric Stitching, Mandrel hand wrapping of rubber tubes, Pipe Fitment, Flange Machining, Radiography quality MIG welding, Tig welding of Boiler tubes, Pressure testing of Headers and assemblies

2. Achieve daily output of tubes, bellows, ducts, fitment joints, welding meters, hydrotested assemblies

3. Read Fabrication drawings to create worksheets for performing individual manufacturing operations of marking, shearing, rolling, fitment, welding operations, and log job progress cards to monitor pressure part progress

4. Ensure identification of raw materials, parts, sub assemblies, final product using Work order numbering, segregation and storage of items on the factory floor

5. Identifying and training of committed unskilled workers in welding,



fitment, hand grinding, radial drilling spray gun painting, metal cutting operations

Preferred candidate profile

1. Prior experience in Boiler or Metal forming operation preferred
2. Solid in reading fabrication drawings with ability to hand sketch parts as part of written instruction to workers
3. Practical or deep conceptual knowledge in fabrication related to fitment, welding, forming, pressure testing inspection required
4. Candidates located within 25 km near company premises desired
5. Clear Spoken communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, English desired
