About the Role
Neolytix is hiring fresh graduates for its Management Trainee – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) program. Selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month learning journey covering US healthcare operations and will be trained for one of the following RCM functions:
LOB allocation will be based on assessment scores, performance, and operational requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – fully completed
- 2025 or 2026 graduates preferred
- 2024 graduates may be considered exceptionally
- Minimum 70% in 12th
- Minimum 70% in Graduation
- Excellent verbal and written E
