We are looking for a smart, hands-on engineer who can read, understand, debug, and develop production code efficiently using AI tools. The ideal candidate should be strong in software fundamentals and know how to leverage AI intelligently for faster and better engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Use AI tools effectively for code generation, debugging, refactoring, optimization, and module development.

- Write efficient prompts to get high-quality, production-ready code while minimizing unnecessary token usage.

- Quickly understand and debug existing codebases and identify root causes of issues.

- Develop and enhance modules across Node.js, React Native, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.

- Write and optimize SQL queries and understand database design, joins, indexing, and performance.

- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-assisted engineering.





- Build reusable prompting techniques and workflows for engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, React Native, PHP, Python, and SQL.

- Robust debugging and code-reading ability.

- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and backend/frontend architecture.

- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM usage.

- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc. intelligently.

- Understanding of token efficiency, context management, prompt optimization, and AI-assisted development.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly.
