About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The role will involve working closely with the senior design team across various stages of residential, commercial and interior projects from concept development and drawings to material selection, detailing and site coordination.

This is an opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong understanding of both design and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare and develop plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Produce working drawings and construction details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Assist with 3D modelling, visualisations and presentations.
- Prepare material palettes, mood boards and design presentations.
- Coordinate drawings and design information with consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Attend site visits and understand on-site execution and construction processes.
- Check site work against approved drawings and details and report discrepancies to the senior design team.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with material selection, specifications and vendor coordination.
- Participate in design discussions, client presentations and internal reviews.
- Maintain organised project drawings, files and documentation.




- Follow project timelines and coordinate with the team to ensure drawings and design deliverables are completed on schedule.

Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
- 0–2 years of qualified experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign or similar software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and basic construction.
- Good design sense with an eye for materials, proportions, colours and details.
- Willingness to visit sites and understand execution firsthand.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning and developing as a designer.
