Role & responsibilities

- 6+ years of Java development experience for the backend role.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- Solid React JS and JavaScript/TypeScript experience for the frontend role, including modular, scalable application development.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation; experience integrating REST, JSON, OAuth and GraphQL services.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Git and testing frameworks/methodologies.
- Experience delivering responsive, pixel-accurate UI aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, proactive communication and English communication skills.
- Relevant exposure to GenAI, data analysis, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain high-performance server-side applications, APIs and React JS frontend applications.




- Build clean, modular, scalable and maintainable codebases using Java/Spring and React JS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate user-facing elements with secure backend logic through REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON and OAuth.
- Deliver responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
- Optimize backend and frontend applications for speed, scalability, reliability and performance.
- Implement security and data-protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Drive code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, peer reviews and engineering best practices.
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps and distributed engineering teams.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions; mentor junior developers and promote a high-performance culture.
- Use AI-driven tools and methodologies responsibly to improve engineering productivity, functionality and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes
