About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, hands-on experience with cloud platforms and event-driven architecture, and the ability to contribute to frontend development as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot
- Implement event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using Apache Kafka
- Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React or Angular
- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
- Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra) for specific use cases requiring flexible data models
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs across services
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews,



and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Experience with React or Angular for frontend development
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Positive understanding of REST API design principles
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
